Christopher Glenn has always been my go-to-guy for tech support for my mac computers. He's been helping me for the past 10 years from my i Mac's to G3, G4 & G5 and now Intel Machines as well as my i Phone. He has kept my business in business!

I had the misfortune of having my hard drive back up disappear off of my G5 desk top computer. Not a good situation when portrait and wedding orders from clients are dependent upon those files.

I put out a '911' call to Christopher Glenn who is a 'Mac tech' genius. Christopher suggested several fixes over the phone which got the system operating again. Then he suggested additional external hard drive backs ups. He researched the correct hard drive back ups for me to buy, where to buy them from and had found the best price as well.

Once the hard drives were delivered, Christopher showed up and connected the drives, back-ups, cords, cables, etc. There are tech terms for the cords and cables - rest assured Christopher knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it. I now have Time machine backing up my files and Carbon Copy Cloner automatically backing up my system. I have never felt this safe before. Christopher was fast, effective, patient, trust worthy and most of all knowledgeable.

He also has helped me about every few months for the past couple of years for all my computer problems. I would not hesitate to refer Christopher to my friends and family in a heart beat!
